[Board] Contribution agtreement without signature

Hi all,

I just received Contribution agreement, which is plain text file (not PDF)
and there is no signature (hand written) on the paper ('cause, it's text
file).

Shall I ask for PDF version with signature or shall I accept the text file
(there is just name, address, mail)?

So far, there always was an signature
