I will email Jason (webmaster) to update the Geo4All main website to reflect this (Apologies for the delay in this Helena as i was busy with some urgent work deliverables here). 

Once everything is ready, i suggest that the OSGeo Board sends a communication to the wider community. Thanks.

As I suggested in my email to Jody, the committee website should say

Geo for all: Education and research outreach

(it now says only Geo for all so education has disapeared completely).
I can try to do the change myself as I should have access
to osgeo website but I haven’t tried it yet and it may take me some time to figure it out - so if anybody has already
edited the osgeo website (or website committee member) and can do it faster - please do edit this web page

Not yet - I believe that there should be a news release about this coordinated with Suchith,
but we should finish and approve the f2f minutes first so that we can point to the minutes
to document that the transition was indeed officialy approved.

The f2f minutes are held up by the name to be assigned to the MOU action to collect
all MOUs in Dropbox and create an osgeo webpage with list (with links) of the MOUs.
All MOUs are already available at wiki accessible through this list, but this could be hard to find
