[Board] About OSGeo Official Seal

Excellent! My proposal is also to vote for the entire list. We no longer 
have a survey/voting platform since our Limesurvey instance at UC Davis 
was retired. Anyway, I'm sure we can find a replacement for that. I 
volunteer to manage the voting process.
