[Board] [Marketing] catching up with board objectives

No worries Cameron, I should of sent it in two emails, the objectives and
then my take on it :)  Personally I am inspired as a volunteer, but a bit
daunted by the amount of work to be done.

I also agree with bob that obtaining assistance is a decent direction,
however that is a decision to be made by the marketing committee - we may
be able to think of several approaches.
