[Board] Regarding MOT5: Accept nominations for President and Vice-President from members with experience on the board

I forgot to say that I think lomio is not good for our community as it is
too closed.
If the point is having a voting mechanism we could search for open platform
on our infrastructure... Limesurvey or others..
Lomio to me is to exclusive requesting subscription...
