[Board] About Board meeting in Oct. 2016

20 Oct. works fine for me too.

What about Jody, Mike, Sanghee and Vasile?

I suggest that we tentatively fix the meeting as below;

Please add agenda items to the meeting page [1].

Usually, agenda items are added at least one week prior to the
board meeting and we avoid adding agenda items in the last
minutes unless the item is considered of great urgency.
