Dear Anita,
Thanks for your reply – I will write an additional budget and decrease the amount for support.
I´ll call you in the weekend, when I have ended my International raster GIS course (12 students from 6 countries ☺)
Open Source/Freeware has really made a course like this great using QGIS, LAStools, OpenDroneMap, Fugroviewer

Dear Lene,

Based on the feedback we provided in Dec, the OSGeo budget https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSGeo_Budget_2017 for project events contains approx $5k for QGIS events this year.

In general the code sprint guidelines https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Code_Sprint_Guidelines require a budget document on the OSGeo wiki, such as, for example https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Java_2017_Code_Sprint_Budget_:_Budget.

If you want, we can have a chat to revise the request in time before the OSGeo board meeting on April 12th.
