[Board] Action: Michael to ask Jeff McKenna to present project status report Friday 4:30 pm

Jeff McKenna was asked :)

To have a productive discussion Jeff wished to share the report contents
directly with board members and then review with the board at a later date.

Going into the AGM I was under the impression that a task force had formed
to look at this issue (Maxi, Jeff McKenna, Jeffrey Johnson and others
expressed interest). However they have not yet had a chance to meet and
coordinate.

Jeff McKenna / Maxi should we add this to the next agenda (
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Meeting_2017-09-07) or would you like a
chance to coordinate first?

We can always have a distinct meeting/hangout with the board when ready.
