[Board] Action: Jody talk to Jeffrey Johnson to explore out what cloud hosting would cost

Caught up with Jeffrey Johnson, pricing options are being explored on the
SAC email list.

Personally I hope a decision will be reached on the SAC email list (as a
board member I do not have the expertise to make an informed decision and
would be leaning heavily on the opinion of others).
