[Board] Action: Aex talk to jeffrey johnson and provide feedback by the end of the weekend on what is needed to host the website

Alex and Jeffrey managed to catch up during the conference, although
tickets are recorded in the SAC issue tracker there was some clarification
sought on exactly what wordpress plugins needed to be installed (I know the
vendor has provided a list).

I can see some discussion on the SAC email list, but I am hoping Alex will
report back to confirm SAC has the capacity to host the website, or the
capacity to select a cloud hosting provider.

The risk we are looking at here is the ability to host the website "in
time" before the contract with Get Interactive is completed. This has
escalated up to the board level due to need to balance contracts and
priorities.
