[Board] Funding request - article on PyWPS

Dear board members,

members of the PyWPS PSC are preparing a submission to the special issue on open source geospatial software to appear in the Journal of Open Geospatial Data, Software and Standards [0]. After a pre-review process, the editorial board and the journal management conceded a 50% waiver to the cost of this article, considering the purely voluntary nature of PyWPS. I therefore request the remaining 50% from OSGeo, meaning 420 €. This sum is to be paid only after the submission and peer review process is completed.
