[Board] Plan F2F meeting

Hi all,

As we discussed in the video call, we intend to make our F2F meeting the 
weekend before the Bonn code sprint (17-18 March 2018). The plan is to 
have a half day meeting on Saturday and a full day meeting on Sunday. 
Location of the F2F meeting is to be determined.
