[Board] FOSS4G-E funding

I do not know how to answer this one Steven, I do not remember any regional
events asking for support last year. I am happy to remove this item from
the board agenda ...

I would like to ask that we as an organization respond to Jean-Marie Arsac
promptly. Last year we had a stand off over generation of USB sticks where
the board / osgeo live / marketing committee could not sort out how to
answer in time for a regional event.

What does Jean-Marie Arsac need to do next in order to ask the conference
committee?
