Here is a draft blog post, feedback welcome - cannot decide if I should

I cannot decide if I should include examples or not.

A FOSS4G 2017 Boston sponsor (Gold 15000 USD) emails asking to be listed as
an OSGeo gold sponsor.

A prior sponsor supprting a local event ($100 USD) decides to obtain an
OSGeo Bronze sponsorship ($275 USD) using 25% discount (final total $375
USD).

A FOSS4G Europe 2017 sponsor (Bronze $5000 USD) emails asking to be listed
as an OSGeo Silver sponsor.

An organization sponsoring the Daytona code sprint (Gold $1000), UN
Hackathon ($500) and digital asset rebranding and website reboot ($1000)
decides to sponsor an additional $500 to be listed as a Silver sponsor.
