[Board] [OSGeo-Discuss] OSGeo is the host of FOSS4G not a guest

Michael, thank you for being accommodating, let's work to resolve this as
quickly as possible (as we do all have more pressing matters to attend to).

I have started a "vote
<https://www.loomio.org/d/IsKcxY81/foss4g-sponsorship-placement>" with a
very short turn around for board members to act on. Can I ask if printing
has all ready been ordered for the event, or if our logo can be removed
from the sponsors section prior to printing (assuming the above vote
passes).

To anyone from the conference committee I apologize if we are overstepping
our bounds; I know the board has delegated responsibility to the conference
committee.
