[Board] template for presentations

Note I have tried using the powerpoint template in google slides, and it
appears to work okay (all the predefined layouts are there so you can swap
slides around without getting frustrated).
I do not quite trust it yet, please check that the headings are Miriam
Libre and the body text is Sintony.
