[Board] question about osgeo trademarks

I was hunting down content for migration to new website and found the
following:

http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/legal/trademark_guidelines.html

It lists a number of OSGeo trademarks:

   - the name *The Open Source Geospatial Foundation*
   - the name *OSGeo*
   - the name *OSGeo.org*
   - the name *OSGeo Foundation*
   - the name *FOSS4G
   <http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G#Using_the_Name_FOSS4G>*
   - the name *FOSS4G
   <http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G#Using_the_Name_FOSS4G>*
   - the OSGeo compass logo

Do we actually have the trademarks registered? It was before my time so I
am not sure. If so we should plan to register the new logo.
