[Board] Fwd: Bronze sponsors who seek SEO improvements

Venka,

should we try to schedule a late June meeting - perhaps June 29? There is a
number of things we need to discuss and vote on in addition to votes that
need to be done right away -

quick votes needed:
- authorize Jodi to remove SEO from past sponsors list
- authorize a board member to explain UN personnel that foss4g does not
cover registration fees for UN (unless they are sponsors or volunteers or
give a workshop).

votes/discussion needed before the end of June
- MoU with IGU
- upcoming important MoU with US Department of Interior - I have a draft
for you to read and discuss
- new website issues/ help/info needed that Jodi has raised in his emails
- foss4g AGM, f2f, travel support for board members, website code sprint
- elections?

as soon as we have the date I can put this on the wiki so that others can
add agenda items.
