[Board] awards discussion

Jodi,

I think this would be best started at the f2f meeting in Boston, identify
volunteers willing/interested to handle the awards - most organizations
have an awards committee for this and have the committee work on the
process. Such committee can then handle all awards except for Sol Katz
which has already a well established process and committee.

I think that the current board has too many open items on its agenda and
upcoming elections that there isn't enough time to add new awards to Boston
event and handle them properly.

This is just my suggestion, other may have different opinion on this,

Helena
