[Board] draft one page hand outs

Jody thanks for getting this done ahead of time. There should be also
research mentioned for geoforall - several labs contribute to osgeo
projects through their research and development efforts. I made some
edits/comments on one of the google docs (for A3 brochure) but I missed
this one.
