[Board] RFP progress update March 8th

We have completed Q&A session with short listed vendors; thanks to Jeffrey
and Marc for organization and attending two sessions. Marc in particular
had a challenging go of it timezone wise and I look forward to hearing is
feedback from the second Q&A session.

Next I expect a motion (selecting a vendor) on the marketing committee
mailing list followed by sorting out a contract. Venka as president we will
need you on hand to sign said contract.
