[Board] OSGeo Banking Support

Hi all,

Thanks for moving this along. We had a discussion on Friday about
alternatives, and it looks like the EventBrite system allows collection
of payments from attendees and then payments out to different accounts.
We will probably use this to pay for the expenses, and see if the
sponsors can pay for room/refreshments directly (as suggested on these
boards). The US dollar account may mean a loss with conversions to and
from Euro, so probably no need for any short term actions.

An OSGeo Euro account could be useful in the longer term to store any
excess funds and to invest in future events.

Regards,

Seth
