Thanks, I added some comments about budget amount (up to 1400 USD) to cover
airfare.

Maria would you be able to write a blog post for our membership after the
event? It can be quick - thanking the event organizers; sharing any
presentation...

It helps let the membership know what we are doing; and makes it clear that
we are available for outreach activities.
