Thanks Sergio!!! I'll wait for the closing of the voting of the Board. If, as per the proposal of the Board, the travel is covered, I'll buy the flight ticket this weekend. Then we will see about accomodation. In the worst case I'll pay by my pocket. In any case Latin America is so relevant that we have to invest our time, energy and money on that.
And with the help of Latin America Community we will spread  the FOSS4G everywhere.
