[Board] action: Angelos to ask 4-5 projects to attend the next meeting

If it helps Angelos I have prepaired a status report for GeoTools here:

The report includes two items specifically requested by the board:

   - how we function as a committee, this was established during our
   incubation process and is part of our developer guide here

   - budget request for for 2018 planning, Budget Request for 2018
   <https://github.com/geotools/geotools/wiki/GeoTools-Budget-Request-2018>

While I can add a slide to that AGM deck, I would like a clarification as
to why this is useful. AGM was a presentation to our membership and the
opportunity has passed has it not?
