[Board] [OSGeo-Standards] [OGC Portal] OGC Compliance Renewal Notification (Final Expiration Notice)

I had an idea/ request coming out of the GeoServer PSC meeting on this
topic.
Would there be any interest in projects individually setting aside budget
to work on CITE certification, or would OSGeo be interested in setting
aside budget for standards compliance similar to code sprints (something
with clear guidelines that projects could apply to).
