[Board] [Projects] Stepping down as the gvSIG project representative

I did it two days ago but it seems that there was a problem because I 
didn't receive the e-mail to confirm it. Now I've done it again and it 
has worked. This mail will reached the list correctly.

I've registered at the projects mailing list too.
