[Board] [OGC Portal] OGC Compliance Renewal Notification (30 Day Expiration Notice)

It would be great, but we have to pass CITE tests first; our release
procedure includes passing CITE tests but we have not automated the latest
CITE tests.

How does pycsw maintain a demo service online? Do you have access to a
machine, or did you work with SAC to host it? When looking at it for WFS
CITE tests we would also need a way to "reset" the database after a visitor
has run CITE tests against the reference implementation (the WFS
Transaction CITE tests are destructive and modify the database behind the
scenes).
