[Board] Fwd: Re: OSGeo DoI MoU signatures

Thank link appears broken for me? I was thinking of making a "board" folder
for official letters and the like here https://github.com/osgeo/osgeo - but
if you have a plan in I would rather go with that.
I note that the partner pages (see
http://osgeo.getinteractive.nl/partners/ogc/) have a spot for us to put a
link to the latest MOU for each relationship, that can be an external link
to git.osgeo.org, or an file attachment.
