[Board] website review partner pages

Good afternoon board:

One of the tasks taken on by the board was writing up descriptions of the
foundations partners (and a few friends like OpenStreetMap.) This was
completed by the board way back in June, and is now available on the beta
website for review and feedback:

- http://osgeo.getinteractive.nl/partners/

Can I ask board members to double check to make sure we have not missed
anyone, and the relationship to OSGeo is correct in each case.

Initial review, and comments from twitter, have caught a few things
(example sorting is not applied yet) so please keep your eyes open.
