[Board] [OGC Portal] OGC Compliance Renewal Notification (Two Week Expiration Notice)

Dear Board,

I have started working for the submission of compliance application for 
our OGC listed projects.

One thing I noticed is that the Trademark License Agreement (TLA) has 
expired. The previous one was signed by Even (as listed in OGC portal).
Do we need a board approval to do this again?
