[Board] Chat to discuss inclusivity issues

Dear María,

I notice that the OSM foundation has revived the "diversity-talk" 
mailing list, as a space to describe inclusivity issues etc; do you 
think it would be a good idea for OSGeo to also have a 
"diversity-discuss" mailing list to facilitate discussions and openness?
