[Board] R: Plan F2F meeting

Hi board,

if you plan your F2F meeting around the CS here in Bonn, I can offer our
terrestris/mundialis meeting room (of course for free). Room enough for
all of you, coffee machine inlcuded and some restaurants for food nearby.
