[Board] GCI 2017: A big thank you for the hard work!

Dear board members,

we would like to inform you that Google transfered some financal gratitude to all 25 Google Code-in 2017 organizations for the hard work over the past couple of month. It came as a surprise also for us.

A big thank you to our mentors who are doing really a great job!

OSGeo`s treasurer informed us that he already received it.
