[Board] meeting prep - availability for travel

The key topic for tomorrow is establishing foundation officers for 2018.
Anticipating the appointments of president and vice presidents can I ask
board members on their availability to travel for foss4g regional events in
2018.

We do our best to ensure travel costs are covered, or at least assisted, by
the foundation when members are traveling to represent OSGeo in an official
capacity (this goes not just for board members but for anyone attending an
event or partner function on our behalf).

While we can assist financially - travel (and the time commitment) is a big
ask, please consider your commitments in the year ahead before replying.

This information (events and your availability) will inform tomorrows
discussion. We have a rough outline of OSGeo events here:

I do not have a handle list of partner events for which we are expected to
attend.
