[Board] info at osgeo.org how is it managed

Last year, SAC created several other alias to handle various things like
passwords/accounts. See https://id.osgeo.org/ldap/reset which notes
sysadmin at osgeo.org for password reset issues. We also have
mantra-request at osgeo.org where we handle account requests (should
probably combine those in some way).

You should not get rid of the info at osgeo.org, but could remove it from
the website. There may be many people, accounts and other related things
that have that address so someone will need to at least monitor it for
important messages.

Thanks,
Alex
OSGeo SAC
