[Board] Request for support of FOSS4G SotM Oceania community day

Hi Till,

Thanks for this advice, I agree with this plan.  I also think a decision 
structure for handling TGP must be set up as soon as possible (and if it 
is not the Board or the Conference Committee, then maybe a new 
committee/team of volunteers, who manage this TGP process).  -jeff
