[Board] video archiving: added value by linked open data access

Jody, board,

here's a bit more info about the already existing linked open data option for the OSGeo video collection at TIB:

"TIB publishes the authoritative and time-based, automatically generated metadata of videos of the TIB AV-Portal as Linked Open Data. Please note that the data was partially generated by an automatic process and may therefore contain errors. You will find the data sets on the download page of the TIB AV-Portal."

Those who are into tiple-stores, etc. find dumps of the data here:
https://av.tib.eu/opendata

Instead of everybody downloading the data by his or herself (and setting up a blazegraph instance afterwards), IMHO TIB could be approached to set up such an instance as part of their labs (https://labs.tib.eu/info/en/ ), allowing the OSGeo comunities explore new ways to use this to discover the videos we're interested in faster. This could be a win-win scenario for both OSGeo and TIB.

Just my two cents,
Peter
