[Board] Open GeoScience committee paymnet for OGRS events and award

Dear Mike,
following the decision of the Open GeoSciene committee of using part of its
allocated budget [1]
to support at OGRS symposium [2] a OSGeo Townhall (700USD) and the OSGeo
Open GeosScience award (500USD) I kindly ask you to deposit the total
amount of 1200 USD (1190CHF) on SUPSI account that is organizing the event
trough myself.
