[Board] Fwd: UPDATE: Open AR Cloud (OARC) is Ready for Liftoff!

I would like to be firm in our stance on contributing free software to
these relationships (this goes for LocationTech and OGC as well).

I am open to the reciprocal support for organizations such as this one that
are focused on having membership include a financial component.

So if they would like to sponsor us we can turn around and take out a
membership with that money.

We can also suggest a “guest membership” which is what we have with a
LocationTech to formalize the relationship without a financial commitment.

I do think it is important to meet organizations with the tools they are
comfortable with (rather than turnning everything into a MOU).
