[Board] following up with conference committee chat

Sorry meant to say code of conduct committee above.
I am afraid I am going to need to throw out my first letter, my
understanding of parties involved was incomplete.
Thanks to the code of conduct committee for wrestling with these issues on
behalf of all of us.
