[Board] feb 26th board meeting

Alessio I have updated the board and officers page
<https://www.osgeo.org/about/board/>, but I also need to ask you to sign
into the website with your OSGeo userid (same credentials used for trac).
With that done I can make sure you have access to the GeoNode project page
<https://www.osgeo.org/projects/geonode/>.
