[Board] for next meeting, proj graduation

I would like to request a topic for next board meeting, the PROJ team
has completed
their incubation requirements

Michael Smith for mentoring).

Kristian (CCed) has volunteered to be the new project officer and I hope
they can attend the meeting on the November 26th.

Question: Am I correct in thinking the next meeting is on the 26th? Or will
it be delayed until the new board is appointed in December?
