FYI - with that, we only have one team - Buenos Aires - left.

I proposed to CC to proceed as usual: Read the proposal, ask questions
and then do a yes/no vote on the application - same as we did for Dar es
Salam.

second stage of FOSS4G 2021 for some reasons.
