 thanks for the reminder,

I checked the wiki and I still do not see the F2F meeting minutes - will they be available before the vote?
As Jody said, this is the last meeting of the old board so we really need to vote on them so that we don’t leave 
an unfinished business for the new board.

May I suggest we share the google document of notes collected in the meeting, or attach a PDF to the wiki page? While there are some gaps (when discussion outstripped our ability to take notes) it is good to have a record of the meeting available.
