[Board] EGU has cancelled the physical General Assembly 2020 in Vienna

Dear Peter, @board,

in case nobody else wants, I can offer to prepare a presentation about
OSGeo activities and also answer questions, maybe also we can share it
with one other board member to cover at least two time slots?
