Dear Steven, @all,

I also thought about your suggestion and would go with Angelos here.
Let's keep the original format also for the virtual meeting and open a
room for discussion (as you proposed) afterwards for those who are
interested. Then everybody can freely decide whare to join.

For the extra meeting we could start with a short overview about the
boards actibvities in the past month.

Would that work out?
