[Board] Update on EGU GA 2020: OSGeo Lunchbag event

this is an update about OSGeo-related activities at the upcomin European Geoscience Union General (May 3 - 8, Vienna, Austria):
In the meantime, the conference organizers have confirmed a timeslot for an OSgeo Lunchbag event on May 6, 12:45 hours.

It would be great if everyone on this list, who plans to attend the Lunchbag event could send a short notice by next week. This will help to organise the catering.
