[Board] ISO TC211 liaison update

Thank you for the draft. Appreciate it. 

Reese Plews that original emailed me, contacted me over the weekend. TC 211 have their plenary week this week and if we are able to submit the form before Thursday to Mats (secretariat), this can be finalized this week.
