[Board] FOSS4G Calgary 2020: Request for reimbursement

The Canadian government has all sorts of measures in place to support
businesses if they have losses due to covid. Indeed the provincial
government is making use of the calgary convention centre to shelter
homeless people

with
appropriate social distancing presently.
